Our fixed fee services:

Our Fees for Immigration Cases:

We provide a clear and transparent fee structure for our services. The prices mentioned below are intended as a general guide. We will provide you with a precise quote that takes into account the specific complexities and urgency of your case before commencing any work.

Currently, we are not registered for the VAT purposes and therefore, our fees do not include VAT and additional expenses such as Home Office fees, Counsel/expert fees, and other applicable charges.

Home Office fees change from time to time, and we will give you the right amount of fees when we open a file for you in accordance with the current fee of the Home Office in the relevant time.

We do not receive any disbursement in immigration cases other than Counsel/expert fees. All other Home Office fees or disbursement, you need to pay using your own Debit/Credit card, while you submit your online application, unless you are granted fee waiver.

Counsel/expert fees depend on your affordability which start from £750 to £5000, depending on the experience of the Counsel/expert.

In immigration we provide our services to the client on the basis of agreed fees and that includes all stages of a particular application from initial instructions to submission of the application.

Key stages and timescales:

We normally submit any immigration application within 4 weeks' time from the instructions received, if you can provide us with all the required documents and information promptly. However, it is our paramount duty to ensure that your application is submitted before the expiry of your existing leave to remain. Therefore, in urgent situations, we are able to make your application even in just a few days. However, again, you need to provide us with your instructions and necessary information promptly.

We always prioritise our work on the basis of various situations of our client. If we need more time to make a stronger application and need to wait for some evidence, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity that it is likely for the application to take longer than the estimated time. However, in all situations, we keep in mind that the application must be submitted before the expiry of your existing visa, if relevant.

We will give you the key stages and typical timescales in your immigration matter on the basis of the information available on the Home Office website under the "customer service standards". However, we will give you our estimated timescale at the initial stage of the matter.

You can visit the Home Office website at the following link to check the customer service standard to find out how long the Home Office will take to process your application:

https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/customer-service-standards

If your visa application is from outside the UK, then please follow the following link to find out the timescales:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/visa-processing-times-applications-outside-the-uk

Please note that the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
